Then after removing some unneeded things from my Skyrim.ini and setting UsePatchSpeedhackWithoutGraphics to true in my enblocal.ini Skyrim worked. It didn't stop responding and then crash, it just immediately crashed. I thought that maybe the problem is with the quickstart mod so I tried playing through the whole opening sequence, I got to the part before I enter the dungeon with Ralof with no problems but when I approached Ralof and the doors the game crashed. I then tried version "2_0" and "1_1" of Quick Start - Skip The Opening Sequence but it crashed too.
After making a new character I exited the dungeon and then Skyrim crashed. I tried starting a new game and strangely it didn't crash, but I didn't want to go through the whole beginning sequence so I installed Dimes Quickstart. Also, even when Injecting the ENB it crashes too. I did install DirectX Runtime and DirectX SDK and restarted my PC but Skyrim still crashes when I continue my game.
